Welcome to our supermarket tour, which will give you suggestions on what types (and brands) of foods in each of the following sections meet the recommendations of a heart-healthy low-fat, low-cholesterol, and high fiber diet. There is ample selection in ours or just about any supermarket to make wise choices on selecting foods that are low in caloric density (this is the key) that will serve to promote weight control and cardiovascular health.
